How to measure at home

Option 1: a ring you already own. Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well, in millimetres, and match it to the chart.

Option 2: a piece of string or paper. Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in millimetres. Match it to the "Inner Circumference" column.

Tips

• Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are at their largest.
• If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.
• A wide band fits more snugly than a thin one, so size up for wide bands.
